Milly and Olly Recipe – Spaghetti alla Carbonara

YOU WILL NEED: 500gr spaghetti, the large kind are better – 100gr butter, the best you can buy – 100gr grated Parmesan – 3 egg yolks, the freshest and organic ones are obviously better – 150gr diced bacon – salt and pepper
So begin by bringing water to boiling and while that is being done heat a non-stick pan and then let the bacon sizzle gentle at low flame.
Once water boils add the spaghetti and cook the right time, make them al dente, nothing worse than overfilled pasta!
Add to the ready spaghetti butter Parmesan and stir then the crispy bacon and finally the 3 egg yolks! Bring this heavenly cooked dish to your friends and family and before they attack it break the egg yolks and stir them in gently. It is important to place the egg yolks at the very end when the Parmesan and butter have cooled the spaghetti a bit so that the eggs don’t cook with the vapor from the pasta. Add salt and groud pepper and I am totally sure that everyone you know will simply LOVE IT!!

Pouring the raw egg yolks over the pasta
Abundant grated Parmesan
Just before stirring all the ingredients together
