Kolokithokeftes – Cheese and Courgettes
The Restaurant ΕΝΔΟΧΩΡΑ ENDOCHORA in Andros Chora, it’s located on the main street!
Tagged: Fava, Greek Food, Greek Salad, KEfkas, Saganaki
i just ate, but upon seeing these dishes i’m hungry again…! great post…!
Keftas is actually called keftes, even though we usually mean the meatball the word keftes also kinda reflects the shape, so what you ate is called Kolokithokeftes or Zucchiniball in free translation..
And i almost forgot, your pictures are great.
Than you, I will have to change my post now for what is right! I was convinced it was a Keftes! :) And thanks for the compliment!
Thanks for the post!!! Hope to see you again at our restaurant.
It was truly delicious! really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!
