Unmissable when in Paris: Le Biron – Saint Ouen

March 17, 2012 § 1 Comment

Whilst at Marché de Puces in Saint Ouen we went for lunch at this bistro-esque restaurant Le Biron, the cuisine is 100% French.  So for starters we all indulged from 6 to 12 Escargots each, which were delicious and their pesto/garlic sauce was a dream. For Main course I ordered their Poulet Fermier with Puree, my brother ordered Pot-au-Feu (a beef & bone marrow with vegetables) and his friend Vincent had Andouiellette de Troyes which is a tripe sausage with fries (super french!).  My chicken was good even though some extra sauce was needed, my brothers bone marrow was good but also needed some extra salting. Lets just say they keep it  very simple when it comes to ingredients.
