White Truffle and Saffron Spaghetti

The other day we were supposed to cook some risotto alla milanese, that was untill we discovered that there wasnt any rice in the house. Thankfully spaghetti seem to be a never ending story in our pantry, so we quickly brought a few fistfulls to boil, added some saffron, and decided to top it off with some remaining white truffles from tuscany. From a plain risotto alla milanese we achieve a tour de force in flavor, definetely a uniqueness of the clashing saffron & truffles left us really happy of our accidental discovery. Definete positive outcome!
