Milly’s new favorite desser Rasberry Soufflé
To make this super delicious mouthwatering Rasberry Soufflé (6 Servings) YOU WILL NEED: 200gr of Rasberries – 1/4 cup of sugar plus 2 extra tea spoons – 4 egg whites – some butter for greasing
1) So the first step as usual is to heat up the oven at 200C then butter the insides of 6 ramekins
2)Then you will puree the raspberries in a blender and strain them in a fine sieve to get rid of the seeds and add 2 teaspoons sugar.
3)With an electric whisk beat the 4 eggs whites until they until they begin to thicken and slowly add the 1/4 cup sugar and continue mixing until the egg whites form peaks and look glossy.
4)Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the puree and slowly fold in with a spoon. Continue adding the remaining egg whites slowly as you fold them in until no white streaks remain.
5)Spoon the souffle batter into the ramekins filling them up to the top and leveling off with the back of a spatula.
6)Place the ramekins in the oven on a lower rack.
7)Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the souffle rises well above the rim.
Sprinkle with powered sugar and serve immediately to your friends and family! ENJOY!!!
