Milly’s Hotel Review: The Crosby Street Hotel NY

So about time to fill you in with some of my favorite choices in city hotels where I like to land to whenever I am in New York, London or Paris. So today it’ll be all about New York
Top of the pops for New York City in my opinion:
Crosby Street Hotel in Soho really is the best for me for many reasons: to begin with it’s all about the staff: they are simply great, all of them and especially the concierge Frederick Genao and his team who can help you out with anything finding you the impossible restaurant to book within a day notice or whatever whim teases your curious mind. Then the rooms, Kit Kemp made a wonderful job by decorating them like a home in warm color palettes and sleek dark grey marble bathrooms. I have asked to see the top floor suites and if should I ever book one I am not to sure I would like to ever get out from there to venture the busy neighborhood as they are so quaint and stylish. The brasserie like food is simply extraordinary and on summer days in the back there is a small terrace where meals can be enjoyed al fresco without breathing in car exhaust fumes. There is a wonderful Balinese style, with teak day beds patio too where one can chill out and enjoy reading a book while sipping a margarita. and the art work are carefully been chosen in the hip common areas with works by one of my favorite contemporary artists: François Bard which can also be found in Ralph Lauren’s trendy new restaurant in St Germain in Paris. One more perk is the in house movie theatre where on a Sunday evening I found myself enjoying Water for Elephants just as if it was a private screening. So I have no more words to recommend you this great hang out and hotel where everything is cool and easy and you feel home away from home!
